Parking and support services
Qudrat Group was established in Dubai in May 2011 and registered with the Department of Economy and Tourism Dubai. The Qudrat story started with a single parking lot in Dubai’s Port Saeed area. Over the past 14 years, the Group has grown to a network of 5 subsidiaries operating parking lots across Dubai in 25 locations with 5 more in the pipeline in 2025.

Qudrat is continuously on the look out for new locations and has been rapidly expanding across the city. Recently, the Group has acquired a number of new parking locations in Dubai helping to pro-actively resolve the city's mobility challenges.

2011
Qudrat Group incorporated in Dubai on 24 May 2011.
2013
Al Futtaim partnership and acquisition of 2 parking lots with 850 spaces.
2015
Expansion of the operations to 2 business entities to cater for the demand.
2017
Significant operational expansion through acquisition of 5 new parking lots in a year.
2018
New partnership with Dubai Developments launched.
2019
Expansion to Shaikh Zayed Road –acquisition of Al Qouz lot at 250,000 sq. ft.
2023
Largest expansion to date – basement, plot, building and open parking locations.
2024
Formation of the Qudrat Group with Economic department.
2025
Qudrat Group today is 30 lots | 5,511 spaces | 1,377,750 sq. ft. of parking space.

No cash policy, EV charging stations, eco car wash are amongst some of the focus areas to be implemented in the near future to make sure we contribute to the betterment of our planet.
